I have the same problem installing System Mechanic 18.5. I also bought Phonix360 hoping it will help but to no avail.

The Phoenix360 can not be install on my computer as well.

And I emailed System Mechanic over and over and not getting any reply of my email from the company to solve my issue. I have spent countless hours hoping against hope I will be able to install in on my own.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Iolo Technologies Pros: I liked yorur products for years untill now.

I have the same problem. Finding product support was bad enough.

FRINALLY found support , submitted my request for assistance. 6 days have passed with NO response. I have a ticket number---for what it is worth. Have used System mechanic since inception---the support was good then.Now this product support is debateable unfortunately.

Either their support has no clue or they lack the skills to show courtesy of a reply for A paid version--SYSTEM MECHANIC WILL not LOAD. iolo---NIL

Here it is, June of 2021 and iolo STILL has not contacted me or refunded my money. After I posted the initial post on this, several years ago by the way, I got a reply from the company advising me to contact them for a resolution.

Funny, the company NEVER responded even with their posted contact info. That public post on this thread was pure empty damage control. I even contacted iolo via Twitter, physical address, email, nothing. Do not believe one thing this company states or replies to.

It is all B.S.

I get an email ever so often that someone replied to my orginal post from years ago and I try to pop back in here to remind and inform people that this happened, and the company lies to try to cover up. You are better off setting fire to your money that dealing with iolo.
