I have tried multiple times to install this software.I contact iolo support via e-mail sending screen shot images of how the software failed to install on at least 20 different attempts.

Iolo support recommended I install software as Administrator. When I did this, it again failed to install on multiple attempts. This software will not install on Windows 10. Iolo support was slow and did not seem to understand the problem.

Previous versions of this software have worked in Windows 10.

I decided to upgrade to System Mechanic Pro after the basic version quite working correctly (system files missing errors).My advice: get your money back.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Defective software.
